The two photos are priceless. What a clear and distinct difference.

Excellent feature photo. Shows the lack of minimal politeness on the part of the messiah. And once again, where the heck is his coat in the presence of guests in the WH?
“Jury awards $675K in Boston music downloading case”
Sounds like overkill to me. Could they actually prove damages in that amount?
Last weekend I spent over $80 for dowloads of albums from the 70s so I could toss my vinyl which was languishing in a closet for lack of a turntable. Now I feel less guilty about ripping the CDs I’ve borrowed from my local library.
“The Franken Meltdown Begins”
Yep, no class on this one either. One would think his mother would have taught him that standing is merely a polite gesture.

Priceless photos indeed. GWB is simply a gentleman who shows that despite the challenges he had in his early life, he did listen to his elders. He was just as courteous when he visited Africa where we fuss a lot about respect and compassion towards our elders (it’s eroding fast thanks to liberal media onslaught and now actions such as Obama’s above). History, indeed, is judging GWB right – just as he said it would …

Paying out tax money for the wanton destruction of used equipments is NOT how this country became the greatest nation on the face of the Earth.
It is that “greatest nation” thing that the left loathes.
The next big story you will read is about how hard this idiocy hits the used automobile business.
Which in turn will equate to even less money jobs.
Which will equal less tax collected.
etc.
Which is their plan, obviously.
Meanwhile, China and Russia have been cleared to drill for oil in the Gulf of Mexico because they are building SUVs for everybody else.
Next step, Obamacare will be pouring Silicates down grandma’s throat…

Franken had a mother?
Who woulda thought…

I’ve said it once, I’ve said it again, Obama is a narcissist and a smooth talking devil. Made worse, a very powerful one. For continuing to say this, I guess I’ll see you guys in the American equivalent of a concentration camp somewhere down the Obama administration’s line of power waiting for our turn at the gas chamber. Perhaps in a few years? Do we have that long?
Hey Bob! Where did America go wrong? Can we fix this?
August 1st, 2009 at 11:26 am
Bob,
That feature picture says all that needs to be said.

Who’s in the photo with Bush? Looks looks Harry Reid and I don’t know who else.

“She Was Only Sixteen…”
It seems BS does not believe in equal treatment, or, maybe, he just doesn’t believe in helping the old and infirm.
“GM Admits Error in Dealership Closings”
Their new, BS appointed, CEO is certainly a bright one. Let’s review, first there is the manufacturer, then the product, and, finally, the consumer. No… Wait… It is still necessary to present and deliver the product to the consumer. Hmm… How should we do that? Well, there is the Internet, but there are too many people that prefer to “kick the tires”, so that’s not a viable option. I suppose we could resort to the tried-and-true retailer concept. Now that’s the ticket. Crisis averted, bonus earned.
“The Franken Meltdown Begins”
Congress… More and more, resembling a grade school playground.
“The Iranians said they have arrested them because they entered their land without legal permission,” he said.”
Only in America do you receive a free education, free medical care, subsidized housing, and other welfare benefits. Oh well, live and learn. Arrogant Americans, your attempts to establish la-la land in Iran will fail.
“Kurdish officials said U.S. helicopters and Humvees deployed to the nearby city of Halabja to search for the Americans”
Search and rescue near a war zone. That must have been expensive. I wonder who will accept fiscal reponsibility for the shared risk foisted by the hikers.
“Massachusetts raises her sales tax 25% today”
Excellent! The government will be well stimulated. As for the rest… Not so much. Although, they should probably increase checks for hypertension once this measure is in force. Patrick may also want to consider borrowing one of SS’s gatling guns.
“Conyers quiet on missing office equipment”
Corrupt and a kleptomaniac. The psychologists may want to review if there is a link between the two disorders.
“Pledge to Tax Only the Rich Can’t Pay for Everything, Analysts Say”
All right, “children”. It’s time to sit down and have “that” discussion. First, you cannot have your cake and eat it too. Second, there are no free lunches in life. Finally, “redistributive change” will require sacrifice, so prepare yourselves. Oh, one more thing, if this goes global, then you’re on your own.
“Talk Radio Campaign Frightening Seniors”
Well, they are the most informed members of our population. They were alive during the last cycle of “redistributive change”. It would seem they are not so senile after all.
“Gates sends flowers to woman who called the police”
I appreciate your concern for the welfare of my property; but, why did you call the police? You know how they are. Next time call BS, or if he is in the middle of his act, then call the New Black Panthers, or my lawyer. Finally, and this is very important, call the media.
“SF mayor proposes building UN Climate Center at polluted shipyard”
That would explain their fallacious data, and provide the perfect platform to malign every atom, molecule, and compound in existence.
“Language Giving Feds Authority to Take Control of Computers”
So, in order to participate in the “cash for clunkers” program, the dealers must sell their right to due process. All they have to do is “sign on the dotted line”.

It seems payment will be called in sooner than later.
Weak Treasury Auctions Raise Worries About US Debt Burden
“Treasury auctions have come under particularly close scrutiny since investors began to question the longevity of the United States’ prized AAA credit rating back in May.”
Just how much are Americans willing to sacrifice to preserve socialism-lite, and support its proposed expansion. In a strong economy it is desirable to support social programs, while in a weak economy it is advisable to grow the economy.
Is it any wonder we experience cycles. We produce, we consume. Recessions occur when there is over-consumption and depressions occur when payments are called in. Both are enabled when the government (or body with sufficient leverage) intervenes, and both are protracted and aggravated when they prevent a correction.

And more good news:
“according to an Associated Press analysis of [Oregon] spending and hiring data. By the state’s accounting, a job is a job, whether it lasts three hours, three days, three months, or a lifetime”
This new economics, lauded by the regressives is, in fact, economics -101. Where the “elites” and chosen prosper, while everyone else supports their lifestyle. It’s good to be the king.
August 1st, 2009 at 2:34 pm
n.n, I live in Oregon and I’m so proud that Oregon has created 3,000 jobs with the stimulus monies! What I’m not proud is that the jobs lasted for 35 hours for each worker on average. Yup, Oregon created 3,000 jobs…WOW!! What a joke!

“McCain’s mad Democrats broke a promise. Maybe it’s a good thing he didn’t win”
eh…I have to disagree. I think things might’ve been better if McCain won. Hard to say

Senator Robert Byrd.

“The Franken Meltdown Begins”
Don’t let the old age fool, Stuart Smalley, Pickens is rugged, self-made oil man. He will bury your whiny election-stealing a** if you push him.
“And we owe it all to Governor Deval Patrick”
A minor league Obama
“3 American hikers arrested in Iran”
Look up the definition of “brain dead”, they will show up.
Maybe they are just stupid, college-educated professors who
think cultures are equal and valid. Of all the places in the world
to take a f*****g walk.
“It’s time for Dems to hear music on Obamacare”
The music is a Wagnerian final march. That, or Obama is the Pied Piper and he leads all of them of a political cliff. Either way is a knee-slapper for me.
“Nancy Pelosi outlines August plan of attack”
Maybe in history books, we will read about “Pelosi’s charge” as compared to “Pickett’s charge”

Are the dealers not US Citizens with certain inalienable rights granted by our Constitution?

nothin like a so called black man like bob having a”man crush” on president bush. note that he is holding senator byrd’s hand. wasn’t senator byrd a former klansman….negro please!
August 4th, 2009 at 8:18 am
Nothin like so called black people cumming over a black president who will never do shit for them… just like every other black Democrat they’ve voted for.
And yes, Bush held former Klan recruiter, Democrat senator Robert Byrd’s hand. Lucky for you the Democrat Party has enough tolerance for the Klan to allow Byrd to serve so long.
So take your “negro, please” back to the 80’s.
