Sarah Palin has been the target of the left from the very day she walked onto the public stage, and their venom continues on. The problem is, they don’t like being exposed, and now that they’ve been, they’re crying foul and one of the whiners has brought her issues to my door (via email)…

The Fair Use Clause of the Copyright Law of 1976 allows for the rebroadcast of copyrighted works for the purpose of education, commentary, and criticism.
While Ms. Devon feels she may have been violated, I think the only violation is that these malicious liberal thugs got caught, have been publicly outed, and are justifiably paranoid of potential legal trouble from Mrs. Palin. Note, Ms. Devon doesn’t dispute the content of the video; just the fact her mug was inserted therein.
Meaner things have been done to Sarah Palin.

nice. I think that video was done by a buddy of mine, “Obama secrets”. Good stuff! They tried to bring the hammer once, didn’t deter us from liking her. They sadly got their “agent of change” who is an illegal alien, and one would hope we may now have a new age of Reagan on our hands if she choses to run in 2012, if the decision isn’t given beforehand that she & McCain are to be instated because of the epic “fuck up” of the “election”

Obama is a natural born citizen(the certificate of live birth he has released was made by reviewing his actual birth certificate), BUT as has been noted, he lies about his past and works hard to keep those lies from coming to light, so most likely, his actual birth certificate has one or more embarrassing items on it. And we all know how much 0 loves to be exposed.

The one on Obama’s site or on Factfinder is a COLB Certification of Birth & does not give the Hospital of Birth or the Dr. who delivered him. This COLB is not proof he is a Natural Born Citizen. This came certification was given to babies born outside of Hawaii, up to one year after their birth. All that was necessary was for his Mother to say he was born in Hawaii. In most States it would not be legal proof, as it doesn’t show 1) the Hospital he was born in, 2) the Dr. that delivered him. My own Birth Certificate lists Hospital I was born in, the Date of Birth, City of Birth, Dr. who delivered me & a witness (Nurse), both had signatures under their position. He might or might not be a Natural Born Citizen, depending upon the statute referenced under the Laws at the time of his Birth. Hawaiian Officials have verified they do have a Vault Copy, but didn’t give any information out as to what it contained. By Law, they are not allowed to divulge any information on it to anyone. All Obama has to do is submit a copy of the Vault Certificate of Live Birth to Congress or the SCOTUS & this whole thing could be resolved one way or the other. Obama has spent unknown amounts of money paying attorney’s to prevent that from happening. He is just adding more ammunition to the fire, as more & more people ask Why or what is he hiding. I agree. He made the comment his Administration was going to be honest & transparent – neither one is relevant.

So, shall we all start filing ethics complaints against every democrat in state and Fed service? I’m sure we can all find verifiable issues to complain about.
I’d like to know why my state senator travels to China, France, South America, and so on, and brings his wife along. Who pays and what the heck does as STATE senator get from traveling the world?
OH, our state senator brought forth the Massachusetts mandatory Health Insurance plan, the model for Obama’s plan.
OH, and you should all know, it is bankrupting Massachusetts. It’s a killer.
Can we file ethics complaints against those who allegedly exempted unions and the congress from this public health insurance scam? That would be a good start.

I am one blogger that is trying to get the record straight about what is being done to Sarah Palin. There are 10s of thousands and more then 3.5 million people who want the truth out in the open, we all saw how Sarah was treated, Had she been married to a white man and her children of Native descent I don’t think alot of this would of happened while the world watched. There is so much more, that as American’s we need answers, and we want then now. Thank You Bob for putting the Video out there, we tried to keep it out there but You tube kept putting it down. American needs to wake up while we still have a Country.
