Childish Obama Back To The Bush Bash

Facing the first real rough patch of his presidency, President Obama and his supporters are once again resorting to a tried-and-true tactic: attacking George W. Bush and Dick Cheney.

In his White House press conference last week, Mr. Obama referred to the Bush era at least nine times, three times lamenting that he “inherited” a $1.3 trillion debt that has set back his administration’s efforts to fix the economy.

As he took power, Mr. Obama promised a “new era of responsibility” that would transcend partisan politics.

Barack Obama said a lot of things; you know, just words, and if he’s perceived as weak, just whose fault is that?

When I was a kid, we had a name for those who constantly whined and blamed others for their mistakes:

    “Pussy”

  2. Trishmac says:

    Bush made him do it!

  3. Igor says:

A narcissist in the Grand Scheme of things… Self-centered, irresponsible, the epitome of the “me” generation. What else would you expect?

No way on God’s Green Earth he’s going to “man up” for anything, not while he can still bash Bush for everything. This ain’t gonna last for very much longer, though…

  4. The Machine says:

    Spot on, Igor.

Let us not forget how they screamed “foul” whenever we tried to explain to them that Bush had inherited terrorism and 9/11 from the previous Democratic administration’s screwups.

  5. IT Nerd says:

    Machine –

You are 100% correct – it was us who blamed terrorism on Billy Jeff’s inability to address the problem. George W. never publicly bashed or blamed Clinton for what happened on 9/11.

UhhhBama wishes he could be half the man as GWB.

  6. louielouie says:

the reason hussein bashes bush is because it plays so well to hussein’s base.
you know, the ones dumber than a sack of hair.
    you know, americans.

This ain’t gonna last for very much longer, though…

    Igor i respectfully disagree.
this is going to last forever.

  7. onewiseguy says:

The nickname “Obambi” is certainly apt…

  8. Igor says:

louielouie, it will only SEEM like forever…

Just watching Glenn Beck lay out the connections with Acorn/Obama/health care and so on.

He had a clip of BO speaking to the SEIU last september and it’s scarier now than it was then cause he is actually trying to push this stuff thru.

The SEIU is the reason that UNIONS as well as Congress are exempt from this “health care” bill.

  10. JP Kalishek says:

Obama’s response to his breaking the economy is the same as Jake Blues groveling at Carrie Fisher’s feet:
“No I didn’t. Honest… I ran out of gas. I, I had a flat tire. I didn’t have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn’t come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake. A terrible flood. Locusts. IT WASN’T MY FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD.”

  11. OldnyFirefighter says:

I knew it! Those pesky Locusts again, daum!

  12. Hoss says:

What a whiny little bitch. And who took a huge deficit and thought he’d double or triple it in just a mere few months? Wasn’t W.

And why hasn’t somebody called Barry on his bullshit by asking what he did while he was in congress to control the deficit spending. That’s what I thought.

  13. MissJean says:

I look at it this way: If I hired someone in on a 4-month trial basis, I might allow complaints about how the previous employee left the work in a sorry mess. But after two weeks, I’d expect him to have a handle on the situation. The only comparison he should do is when he has the problems fixed and can show me how much better he’s made it.

This president had the first 1/8th of his presidency to complain about the state that Bush left the country in. Now it’s July and he needs to shut up until he can show he improved things.
