“Overwhelming evidence”… like with “global warming”?

This clearly has someone worried as this is being responded to in typical liberal, mocking style.

    wow..this stand-in chick even MISPRONOUNCED Dr. Orly Taitz’s last NAME – “Tay-tz”…”Tay”..come ON..

    also, there’s overwhelming REAL evidence that says this is the first breach of simplistic constitutional law

    the only thing “overwhelming” is the leftist, brat-wing propaganda trying to stress “OH HE’S LEGAL! HE’S LEGAL! he’ll guide the nation into a post-racial era! Oh isn’t he SWELL??”

    Forgive my ignorance, but I still don’t see what all the fuss about where he was born is over. From what I remember from civics class in high school, there are 2 ways to be a natural born citizen. 1) be born in the United States or one of it’s territories. 2) be born to an American citizen. That second condition is to ensure children of servicemen, missionaries, and any other American traveling abroad for whatever reason will have all the responsibilities, privileges, and protections of the constitution. If I’m wrong, I’d love to see proof. (not trying to be arrogant, just would like to know what the correct answer is if my assumptions are false)
    I just have to ask though, with all the other crap to worry about that is happening, why are we focusing on this, apparently (to me at least) non-issue?

    There are all kinds of issues concerning Obama’s status, including his former name of Sorto and his mother dragging him of to Indonesia at around the age of six or so. His nationality may have changed then, and was never revoked.

    The biggest issue is that the a Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth is not the same, or anywhere close really, to an actual Birth Certificate. The Flickr image presented by the Dems before Election Day had all kinds of photo-shopped defects which were readily seen with scant research by anyone interested.

    Oh, look were out of time…..GOSH DARNIT. I mean we only spent 1 minute setting the stage for the segment. 2 and 1/2 minutes arguing our side. Giving both guests who say obama isnt legitimate who a have total of 1 1/2 combined minutes to say their side and 1 3/4 minutes to the other 2 guys. What? Thats TOTALLY FAIR. We just ran out of time.

    Wow, and I bet CNN wonders why their ratings are tanking.

    And kurotaka im pretty sure that you have to be both……born in the united states(or a territory) AND born of American parents to be a natural born citizen. Aside from the arguments of him not being born here……his father wasn’t a citizen of the united states. he was a subject of the British government. Which gave obama a dual citizenship. Which excludes him from being president because he can have no prior citizenship.

    And whats the fuss? A person who is not legally able to be a president is being the president? Thats a huge deal. And the founding fathers made it so only a natural born citizen could be president for a good reason. Just think of the dangers of a foreign national with an agenda being in the perfect position to sabotage the US.

    You can’t bring “nice” people like Taitz and Keyes on this network to try to have a reasonable debate with propagandist cowards. For situations like these, you need someone like Ziegler or Savage, who would know how to be an asshole when it is appropriate.

    From the moment that pathetic woman lifted her lead finger off the mic switch (or whoever controls it), there should have been no further discussion from Taitz and Keyes about Obama’s eligibility. It should have been a full-fledged verbal assault on this lousy anchor’s cowardice, her irrelevant long-winded introductory babble that wasted, half the segment, and her network’s incompetence as a whole. And maybe a little comment thrown in about how nobody watches CNN anymore…
