Rush Quote Of The Day
Besides the fact that “this president throws like a girl”…

By the way, you should take a look — I don’t know who it was — but you should take a look at the guy on the golf cart driving. They were parked but the guy in the driver’s seat sitting next to (Stan) Musial as Obama walks over to shake Musial’s hand, I’m telling you, just look at it.
The man sure doesn’t look all giddy to be with in the presence of the president, as the media would have you believe everyone there was.

Speaking of the media. This morning, MHz Worldview broadcast a spot from the “Port Huron Project” depicting a reenactment of a speach protesting the Vietnam war. We are paying for this propaganda.
As far as foreign relations and intervention is concerned, we should ask when and where should we be involved. Do we allow people to struggle on their own? Do we allow people to fight their own battles? At what point do we decide that we will not allow a people to suffer? At what point do we decide the threat extends beyond their borders and to our own, or to that of our friends?
According to the “liberal”/”progressive” philosophy, we should help those who cannot help themselves, except when the other party is in power. Exactly what did they expect would be the outcome of our relationship with Iraq? Didn’t they realize that the sanctions program only punished the common people, and rewarded the “elites” and their supporters (of course, the UN and many of our “allies” profited from this policy)? Is this the regressives’ real message of “hope and change”? They also were peculiarly quiet during the Bosnian war, and today when people continue to die in Afghanistan and Iraq.
It would seem that regressives are more than willing to exploit and enslave people in times of peace, when it most easy to do so, than to assist others when the challenge is great and sacrifice is required.
They should be reminded that their “ivory towers” were not free.
From the picture above, it is obvious not everyone has been deceived by the propaganda. Many people are familiar with historical and present-day events. They are very much aware of the alternatives, and would not choose them given the choice.
As for BS… He seems to be enjoying himself. It is good to lead in a time of global crises. Rangel was right. People are distracted.

This guy looks pissed he has to be there, won’t even look at the pres, and reluctant to shake his hand! Hahaha, his wonderboy status is surely fading, or, truth be told, the half of Americans who didn’t vote for him are bound to interact with him post election, and the media will not be able to gloss over the dislike every time it shows!

IT is interesting in the video you linked, of the pitch, that just before it arrives at the plate the camera pans away! Usually you follow the ball to the end. The camera man must have seen it was going to be bad and panned away. Pure propaganda. Can’t make the chosen look bad at all.
