We were sitting on his parent's living room floor watching a small B&W television also. I was completely enthralled with the mission but Skip couldn't keep his eyes of me...and that is about all he remembers till this day! (Our 40th anniversary is next January) God love him!!! It was a scam & was filmed at a California film studio. Yeah, right! We never went to the moon, there is no Space Station, all of this is a Government conspiracy & none of this really happened. These people are the same ones that are saying the Twin Towers were destroyed by Demolition Explosives. It is funny how people with no Engineering background, Explosives experience or Science knowledge can explain how it was done (they can't). Everyone is an armchair expert except when it comes to explaining their reasoning in Scientific or Engineering terms to back up their assumptions. Unless you have actual experience in Explosives Demolition & Structural Engineering, you have no clue & everything you may think caused it is just wishful thinking.
