If she didn't see an open hole she probably would not have seen a cone either. It is not everyone else's job to ensure her safety...it is her own. She better be glad I'm not the Mayor of that City because I would defend the City at all costs against any lawsuit filed by her parents....and then I would counter sue in order to recoup the cost of the litigation. People need to start being held responsible for their actions and the justice system needs to do more to discourage these ridiculous types of lawsuits.
