In a release touting an agreement between Obama and President Dmitry Medvedev over how to craft a follow-up to the START arms reduction treaty, the White House claimed the document had been signed by one “Barak Obama.”
Many of us have criticized the White House as now being inhabited by children.
Many of today’s children can’t spell.

i’m not sure this is mis-spelled.
this document was no-doubt prepared with russian clerical input.
they just looked up how his name was spelled in his homeland.
you know, where he was born.
