U.S. President Obama holds gift received from Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah during meeting at king's farm outside Riyadh.
What was King Abdullah doing while he thought up this gift?

Slapshot, you are absolutely correct, although this one is a skinny bean poll, slightly feminine Mr. T. He might need to join a weight lifting club to carry the chain & medallion so he doesn’t appear to bow to Abdullah while wearing it.

  2. SlapShot says:

looking at that picture made me think about Mr. T. LOL

  3. Hoss says:

That’s weak, I saw ABdullah give the same exact chain to Biz Markie back in the early 90′s.

  4. Palmetto says:

Hey, it’s still a better gift than an iPod with your own speeches on it. Besides, Michelle can wear it the next time she helps out in that soup kitchen.

gotta rephrase one sentence, it came out wrong…

(including mass wait times for non-urgent things, which is basically anything excluding a heart condition or cancer)

    “Canadian Healthcare Coming to America?”

What’s really bad about universal healthcare on the way in the US is that you guys already pay as much taxes as we do without it…what’s it gonna be when it’s been implemented?

As a reminder, my province spends 47% of all its revenues in keeping the healthcare system afloat, with its flaws it currently has (including mass wait times for “non-urgent” things, which includes basically anything non cancerous or a heart condition

Obviously if we spend almost half our revenues in keeping this system alive, we can’t afford any more and cannot solve the problems the system has with government money alone, unless they raise taxes even further.

Can’t wait till the baby boomers all start retiring and require hospital care and meds… The wonders of having 1 worker for every 2 retirees is only 15 years away!! /sarcasm off
