What would you all be saying about me if I’d written a segment for an awards show, where a male celebrity (wearing a jockstrap) attached to a wire over the audience, would be deliberately lowered onto another, with that wired male’s crotch in the face of the other?

Suspicions over the legitimacy of “butt-gate” had been brewing for days, but it wasn’t until a writer for the MTV Movie Awards confessed that we all knew for sure. On his blog, head writer Scott Aukerman wrote that the incident was staged. “They rehearsed it at dress (rehearsal) and yes, it went as far as it did on the live show.” Wow. Let it never be said that Eminem isn’t a team player.

That is all MTV has left. They would do porn if allowed, It may even happen eventually. It is, without a doubt,a degenerate channel. They started doing Spring Break and it went down hill from there. I mean, what edge is left to push? I guess that is what happens with 400 channels to choose from. Wit, grace, class? Not cool enough and just a little too boring.
As I asked earlier, is it really credible that he’d have stayed in character were it an accident? Moreover, how did he *know* whose crotch his own face had landed in, were it unplanned?
Didn’t we already see something like this in the early 1990′s when Howard Stern did “Fart Man”? People spend millions to produce this crapola? So glad I opted out of cable programming.
I said it before and I’ll say it again: MTV is the sewer of our society.
Too bad the generation who grew up with it probably still watches and allows their spawn to watch as well.
