Hypocrites Of The Day
Today, it has to be MoveOn.org. After all, this liberal force were anti-war all day when George W. Bush was in the White House. They sent out fundraising appeals, staged protests, sit-ins, die-ins, while their newly elected replacement for the evil Bush hasn’t done shit to end the war as promised, and neither have they.
The most powerful grassroots organization of the peace movement, MoveOn, remains silent as the American wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan simmer or escalate.
What was MoveOn’s explanation for abandoning the peace movement in a meeting with a president the peace movement was key to electing? According to Jason Ruben (executive director of MoveOn) and MoveOn, it was the preference of its millions of members, as ascertained by house meetings and polls.
Bullshit.
When Republicans drop bombs, MoveOn screams bloody murder. When Democrats drop bombs, they sit on their hands. When Republicans send sons and daughters to war, MoveOn is for the troops. When Democrats send more to war, MoveOn could care less because our soldiers were nothing but props to them.
MoveOn.org are a bunch of ideological hypocrites and donation whores; pure, simple, end of discussion.

They dems won in 2006 under the guise of getting us out of war, and the same in 2008. Wonder when the lefties are going to wake-up and realize they’re being played for a bunch of retards….
But, you know the dems will still be playing the same “no war” card in 2010. THis will be hilarious to watch.

Does anyone know moveon.org’s position when Clinton and the regressives were bombing the Serbians, and others, into the stone age? Not to mention launching missiles into Sudan and Afghanistan, and, the oft forgotten sanctions and “no fly zones” conducted against Iraq. Any other inconvenient truths? Clinton, Gore, anyone?
