Wow, I can’t believe I just read this: Obama had said he’s looking for a nominee who demonstrates empathy and “intellectual fire power,” as well as possesses what he calls the “common touch.”
ARE YOU KIDDING ME HERE? Dear God in Heaven, does no one see how ridiculous this is? The law IS the law, and interpreting it with “empathy” is a travesty!!!

Jeez, a biased racist for judge nominee. Thanks,Obama. The disaster continues. I certainly hope that massacre this women’s character because she ain’t close to Supreme Court material. This is the top law of the land, not some conceived evening the score or racial payback.

The real question is, when whites, and in particular, white males, become a minority, who will the regressives exploit to further their agendas? First it was the slave owners, then blacks, then hispanics, then homosexuals, then… Maybe they will start the cycle anew. Whatever is necessary to retain power. Whatever is necessary to ensure others remain without power.
Forget principles and integrity. Prepare for more of separate and unequal.
