California’s Prop 8 Vote Upheld

It’s nice to see a California court actually protecting the will of the voters instead of overturning it.

Crap. Now they’re going to come and turn Iowa into the next California. Kinda like they did to Colorado.

Maybe they should join the church of Atheism, which decrees that homosexuals should be married. Since nature is not on their side (they cannot reproduce), and neither is science (evolution would have removed the homosexual gene by now, unless their feigning homosexuality), they must appeal to a higher power, the regressives.

I imagine if we removed entitlements from the equation, the vast majority of the human population would be classified as conservative.

Let this be a lesson to them, they need to increase their numbers before the church of Atheism will lay unto them the regressive mantle. They should take a cue from the muslims, and increase their numbers to hundreds of millions, if not billlions, and they too will one day have their Kosovo.

They should be careful what they wish for, Machine… Imagine if on appeal for the “Unequal treatment before the law” argument, the next court annuls the 18,000…..

  4. Nicolas says:

THANK you for posting that Bob. Good to know our state Supreme Court is upholding the vote.

That’s actually a local channel I watch now & again. Because of my incredible disgust of the media, after last year, I almost never watch even my local news..sort of why B&R has become my online newspaper

  5. The Machine says:

I smell a huge legal loophole in the upholding of the 18,000…
