They can't just tell you what happened, it seems. They need to tell you how you should react to it, feel about it.... I get the same annoyance on a winter morning when they don't just tell you it's cold, they try to tell you how to dress. I already have a mommy and my own feelings, just tell me the story and skip your gushing over it and the commentary from that really strange vet tech.
