The Obama administration is asking the Supreme Court to overrule long-standing law that stops police from initiating questions unless a defendant’s lawyer is present, another stark example of the White House seeking to limit rather than expand rights.
The administration’s action — and several others — have disappointed civil rights and civil liberties groups that expected President Barack Obama to reverse the policies of his Republican predecessor, George W. Bush, after the Democrat’s call for change during the 2008 campaign.
Since taking office, Obama has drawn criticism for backing the continued imprisonment of enemy combatants in Afghanistan without trial, invoking the “state secrets” privilege to avoid releasing information in lawsuits and limiting the rights of prisoners to test genetic evidence used to convict them.
The upside is if we, as a nation, can survive the next 1360 or so days, Barack Obama will no longer be the man the liberal world was waiting for. He will become an adjective, and one that will give the phrase “Never again” new meaning.

More & more people, Libs & all political groups are starting to question his Natural Born Citizen status & to question is he is even a Citizen at all. If enough people climb aboard the” Birthers” questioning his Citizenship the Supreme Court will have to make a ruling & not allow him to refuse to show them his Vault Birth Certificate which is, according to Hawaiian Officials, in their Records Vault. If this happens, we won’t have to wait 1360 days. Since he has spent many $ to multiple Law Groups to circumvent this requirement. As far as I am concerned it means he is hiding something that may prove he is ineligible to be POTUS. Libs say he has been vetted, but that is completely false. It will eventually be found out, as all lies eventually do! If he is a usurper, he should be prosecuted for fraud or possible even treason against the Constitution & the Citizens of the USA. All laws or agreements will be void & his appointees should be fired, period. This happened through complacency of the DNC, RNC, Congress & the Citizens themselves. The MSM should also be held accountable for its biased reporting & perpetuation of a lie. Groups like ACORN, should be abolished for their corruption & illegal procedures. This is the only way to prevent corruption in voting & the proper vetting of all Political Candidates, including local, state & federal Political Positions.
Anyone wanting to preserve our Constitutional Republic should demand this Citizenship question be resolved ASAP.

well I think his entire administration will be kicked out, hopefully favor of the runner up. O picked everybody in his cabinet personally, so I think it nullifies everybody there.

We could see it coming. Consider the following:
Obama’s rise to power resembles that of a 20th century dictator whom I will not name. It isn’t an exact parallel, but there are many similarities:
He wasn’t born in this country.
He stole his party’s nomination with fraudulent activities and, in some cases, strong-arm techniques (google ‘obama caucus fraud’).
He adopted a unique symbol for himself and his movement.
He orchestrated mass rallies with stunning effects, pinpoint timing, slogans, songs and stirring speeches brimming with vague promises which every individual interpreted in a uniquely personal way.
As soon as he was in office, he began consolidating his power with sweeping economic and political reforms.
He has exercised decision-making authority over private companies and promises to do more of the same. His Chief of Staff candidly admitted that they are using a current crisis (real or perceived) to make changes that would not be possible in ordinary times.
He has identified enemies of the state (see the recently-released DHS summary document identifying ‘potential right-wing domestic terrorist groups’).
He hasn’t attempted to exert direct control over the media yet (they’re already in his party’s pocket), but Janet Napolitano has told reporters they will not be allowed follow-up questions on the topic of the afore-mentioned document.
Now he wants to dispense with protections for the accused. What will come next? Well, if history is any guide, look for:
Suspension of habeas corpus
Suspension of guaranteed legal representation
Ex post facto laws (oh, wait. He’s already working on that.)
Gun bans
Suspension of due process (the IRS already has a head start on this)
Suspension of immunity from self-incrimination
When will the country wake up?

Can’t blame him for the IRS except for its continued existence.
Even if removed and Americans and the rest of the world have to deal with a President Biden, those in power would be discredited and there would be no incentive (or very little anyways) to go along with him. This would include anyone and everyone on the way down.

It’s actually not a bad idea (removing the impostor). The military is pledged to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Since O isn’t eligible to be President, none of his actions as President is valid. That eliminates Clinton (all other appointees are null and void as well). It also eliminates Biden, since he is, in effect, an appointee.
As for Pelosi and Reid, since they are accomplices before, during and after the fact, they are enemies as well.
The military would simply have to take Mr. Obama to Camp David and secure all executive offices, then declare that they will not recognize any executive authority attempted by Pelosi or Reid. They will recognize only a lawfully elected, eligible American. Until that happens, they will secure the nation and carry out all standing orders issued by the last legitimate President.
This would be considered a crisis situation, but we are already in the midst of a crisis that just gets worse every day. The sooner the real source of the crisis is removed, the sooner we can get on an even keel and get back on course.
