Bonehead Of The Day

Have you noticed (of course, you have) that the same left that preaches peace and love, are usually the first to call for the deaths of those they disagree with? Well, here’s yet another example of tolerance, inclusion, and another liberal death wish.

Shadow leader of the House of Commons Alan Duncan was appearing on BBC comedy show “Have I Got News For You” when he made the gaffe. Mr Duncan, who had earlier in the show revealed his ambition to become Home Secretary, was discussing American Beauty Queen Carrie Prejean’s belief that same sex marriages were wrong.

And the MP called her a “silly bitch” and said “If you read that Miss California is murdered you will know it was me”. The comment has provoked outrage among viewers with complaints being filed with the BBC and the Broadcasting Standards Authority.

Carrie Prejean was handed a “damned if you do” question and handled it well, but by doing so she again revealed the myth that is liberal tolerance. In fact, the left has once again been exposed as the most callous and potentially violent amongst us.

I wasn’t saying it was okay because of that, I believe it’s okay because it was a joke, an ill-thought out one (and not very funny) but a joke nonetheless, on a satirical programme.

Regardless of the relative positions of both parties, he isn’t, strictly speaking, a liberal, making all of those comments about “liberal tolerance” etc rather redundant. Conservativism in Britain tends to be less bible-thumping and homophobic but it is still conservative. Its just what we’re conserving that’s different ;)
Your sexuality has no bearing on whether you support the free market, the lowering of taxes, law and order, control of immigration, etc etc

“Conservative” in Europe is decidedly left of American conservatism; many people make the mistake of equating the two.

Mr. Duncan is also openly homosexual.

  3. Bob says:

Oh, well that makes all the difference.

Joking that he’ll kill a young woman because she was against gay marriage is okay because he’s a conservative.

    Consider my bubble burst.

  4. BuddhistJihad says:

Um, sorry to burst your bubble, but that man there is a conservative; he’s a member of the British Conservative Party (the opposition party in the UK, and a party of the centre-right).

    He was clearly joking.

What rock did this Perez Hilton come out from under. I never heard of this slimeball until he showed up as a Judge for the Pageant. Someone needs to place him back under his rock & park a large truck tire on it so he can’t get out again. If someone had a dislike for Gays, this puke sure gave them a good reason to reinforce it. These pukes always mouth off, but would have to change his Joe Boxers if someone got in his face with a fist (not necessarily even hitting him). Pansies are supposed to be planted in a garden, not Judging a Beauty Pageant.

If anything happens to her, I say we immediately indict him on the basis of his own testimony…
