Citizens Against Government Waste, a taxpayer watchdog group, just released its list of the most prolific pork-barrel lawmakers in Congress.
$198 million in projects proposed by Sen. Thad Cochran, R-Miss, including $8 million for something called the Extremely Large, Domestic Expendable and Reusable Structures Manufacturing Center.
And if anyone can explain what that is, we’d all know what they’re going to make in there.
