Weakness We Can Believe In
As I’ve said before, Muslim extremists respect strength.
Iran no longer respects the United States, and they want the whole world to know it.
US President Barack Obama’s offer to talk to Iran shows that America’s policy of “domination” has failed, the government spokesman said on Saturday. “This request means Western ideology has become passive, that capitalist thought and the system of domination have failed,” Gholam Hossein Elham was quoted as saying by the Mehr news agency.
“Negotiation is secondary, the main issue is that there is no way but for (the United States) to change,” he added. After nearly three decades of severed ties, Obama said shortly after taking office this month that he is willing to extend a diplomatic hand to Tehran if the Islamic republic is ready to “unclench its fist”.
Iran’s unauthorized use of the Obama slogan “change” is nothing short of an insult.
“Taunt” would be too generous.

I’m really starting to get a bad feeling; some of the stuff happening over the last several months is too surreal.

It was exactly this kind of weak rhetoric by Britain’s Neville Chamberlain that allowed Adolf Hitler to annex the Sudentenland of Czechoslovakia. Then he invaded the rest of Czechoslovakia and went on to invade Poland…and we know the rest of the story. Does anyone read a history book anymore?! WEAKNESS has never prevented conflict, it only brings it on! This country has been safe for the last seven years because we had peace through STRENGTH.

Now we can all say to Obama “Tolja So!”
