We’re way beyond this being a kook issue, and after a campaign, election, and an inauguration, should this get a chance to play out, there are going to be a lot of pissed off people.
A new lawsuit is challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president, and this one targets Congress as a defendant for its “failure” to uphold the constitutional demand to make sure Obama qualified before approving the Electoral College vote that actually designated him as the occupant of the Oval Office.
It is being brought on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. and names as defendants Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
I am a bit curious as to what Vice President Cheney’s involvement could be, but maybe it’s a way of adding a little bipartisanship to the matter.
It’s nice to know that some people take the Constitution a little more seriously than those who want the pledge redirected from the our nation’s greatest document to a man.

The Vice President is the President of the senate. As President of the Senate, the Vice President has two primary duties: to cast a vote in the event of a Senate deadlock and to preside over and certify the official vote count of the U.S. Electoral College.

I certainly hope congress and the O man get their “just deserts” for this incredible hoax. People need to know that he’s is pulling off the biggest “fast one” in history…
I still wonder what will happen when the O man is legally kicked out..this has never happened before…

I’d like to see the chaos that will ensue if it is seen in Court. The last one was dropped by the Supreme Court because they didn’t want to be seen as being haters.

There is a “movement” afoot, by some active duty military, to pursue the eligibility issue based on their requirement to follow orders of an illegal CnC should they get deployed. I doubt that anyone at SCOTUS can deny standing to them. Also talk of active military pursuing this through the military courts and possibly side step the SCOTUS’s lack of desire to even hear the case. Maybe the military courts can subpoena the vault copy of BHO’s vault copy birth certificate? That’s all anybody is asking, just to look at the BC and take it from there.

louielouie, I think you are right. I also think if I was bashed by the Liberals as badly as Bush was, I would say screw them! They wanted him, they got him. Now if he is found out to be a fake it will be blamed on the DNC, the RNC the whole Congress & Obama himself. They can’t say it is all Bushes fault! They wanted hope, they got screwed. I think SCOTUS doesn’t want to be the one to start riots, so they are trying to stay out of the picture & will probably have to get involved at some point. SCOTUS has been pushed into a corner they are not happy about & hiding under the bed isn’t going to make it go away. When it all comes out, & it will, Obama has nobody to blame but himself. His children are the ones I feel sorry for, as their world is about to crumble.
