Blood Pressure Riser Of The Day

Many of us wanted to take off while serving in the military. It wasn’t always as initially advertised, but we stuck it out. We didn’t run away, and if we did we wouldn’t be taken in as some kind of brave, hero type.

This guy says he’s having “having time of my life” in a “refugee center”.

Keep the language under control.

well I have a few descriptive words for him

    “Pathetic”

    “moron”

    “traitor”

  2. fboiteau says:

Is this guy, you know, related to, you know, Caroline Kennedy?

    Traitor is spot on, Nick…

  3. The Machine says:

    Not traitor.

    Deserter.

    Military Tribunal, then firing squad.

  4. Hoss says:

First thing I thought fboiteau, you know.

Auf wiedersehn, Germany can have him. Although they don’t take as kindly to traitors as we do when they have their war-machine going.

  5. Kushin Los says:

Couple of guys I knew in the service deserted, but never me. Disagree with me on my opinions and beliefs I want to stay here and make it a better place. Until I can get off planet maybe.

Still I miss getting to see all sorts of different places.

I had some sympathy for those drafted into vietnam that didnt want to fight because it wasn’t their choice to join to begin with….however there is no longer a draft in order to get into the army you must volunteer…… what did this guy think might happen when he signed up to join the army? Field trip to six flags?
I hope he is quickly deported back to the states and stands trial for what he is…a deserter.

  7. Kushin Los says:

Just wait. Obama wants to draft 18 – 25 year olds into government service. While there is no draft currently, the government is still open to start a draft. If you want to end it, get your Congressman (or woman) to add an amendment for its end.
