Tom Brady Is Fat
At least on his home field….
Massachusetts plans to fight its obesity problem by requiring restaurant chains to post calorie counts and waging an aggressive campaign to educate parents about overweight students….
For example, Tom Brady is listed at 6'4", 225 lbs giving him a BMI of 27.4 or "overweight." Tom Brady is not actually overweight, he just has some muscle mass.
Good intentions alone do not make for good policy. BMI may be commonly used, but it is not a good metric to accurately measure overall health or even body fat. It should not be used.
When will these people just leave us alone?

Bob, they will never leave us alone until they are voted out.

“Tom Brady Is Fat”
Yeah so are Sly, Arnold, The Rock and Mike Tyson. BMI is used precisely because it includes people of normal, or lower than normal, bodyfat percentage, thereby inflating the number of "overweight" people, thereby feeding the "obesity epidemic" hysteria. Puns intended.

BMI is pretty much the hockey stick graph for the people isn't it?

If you think Tom Brady is fat then take a look at them Patriot linemen. By the way … is Muscle Mass actually a town in that state?

One thing about the NFL has always amazed me.
If you were walking down the street and saw your average 300 lb. American male, holding his wallet in his hand, you could conceivably yank it out of his hand and run away.
A 300 lb. NFL lineman would run you down and fall on you, making it a very painful apprehension.

I'm 6' 4" and 210. Same as Randy Moss. My BMI is 25.6= overweight. The life insurance companies love the BMI system.
Now if y'all will excuse me I have to get on the elliptical so I can enjoy my chili dogs for lunch.
BTW
Happy to see the Manning boys are out of the hunt, yahoo!!!

This 300 lb old fart would just shoot you.
Twice. The old "double-tap".
230 grains of hollowpointed, copper-jacketed lead.
And, yes, the response would have been exactly the same when I was a young man.
Technology. Make it your friend.
