Berg Still Won’t Let It Go
Despite the unpopularity of his activities on behalf of the United States and her Constitution, you gotta admire Philip Berg’s relentless pursuit of the truth regarding the Barack Obama controversy.
(Lafayette Hill, PA – 01/09/09) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States and his case, Berg vs. Obama, [is in the U.S. Supreme Court with two (2) Conferences scheduled on 1/09/09 & 1/16/09] announced today that the U.S. Supreme Court has “not” made a public decision yet regarding his case.
So, it’s still not a done deal….
Berg said, “I am making these remarks because of the ‘wrong’ statements circulating that the case of Berg vs. Obama in the U.S. Supreme Court has been dismissed. We checked with the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday afternoon, January 9th and ‘no’ decision has been made. We will have to wait until at least Monday for the decision regarding what took place at the Conference on January 9th.”
Again, if this is nothing, so be it.
“More and more people are aware of the fact that Obama does not meet the ‘qualifications.’ When the truth finally comes out, individuals including Barack Hussein Obama, Michelle Obama, Howard Dean [Chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC)], other top officials of the DNC and senior campaign staff of Obama’s campaign should be brought into the criminal justice system, indicted and tried with incarceration for those convicted.”
That, along with all of Obama’s know-it-all, if-you-oppose-you’re-a-hater supporters will need be ready to provide explanations of how they were duped, and/or were willing to look the other way and really steal an election.

THANK YOU for POSTING this, Bob! Obama’s power theft comes as no surprise, considering his record. There’s a MOUNTAIN of evidence that Obama would pay 3 ENTIRE law firms to keep under raps and he doesn’t want people to know about it. Even though he’s a democrat, thank god (for right now) for Phil Berg going after the biggest LIAR in HISTORY!

I believe Justice Thomas is pushing it and he is being supported by Alito, Roberts and of course Scalia. One can only hope his and their efforts are successful in bringing real transparency to this issue. It is my understanding it only takes 4 to put it on the docket. If it is on the docket I believe we will see the real “birth certificate”.

Philip Berg is not the only person pursuing this issue. Right now there are at least another dozen or so still active. Berg will not let this rest. He & I agree on this issue. Obama must prove his eligibility to serve as POTUS. Up to now he hasn’t & the DNC, RNC & Congress has done nothing to push the issue. Neither has the MSM, as they are pimping for Obama & have been from the start. Berg’s belief is that the US Constitution is the Law of the Land & must be followed completely. To do otherwise would do grave damage to the USA & undo the vision of this Great Country the Founding Fathers saw for its future. If the Constitution is nullified, so is our Constitutional Republic. Our Military would have no obligation to follow the orders of an impostor & neither would we.
