So how do you explain these?

Uh oh.

Maybe there’s another reason Patrick Fitzgerald revealed this investigation prior to the Inauguration? Maybe there’s a good reason Rod Blagojevich is not resigning. Maybe there’s something bigger in the pond and Rod is fishing….
