I wrote off Mexifornia years ago. Would you believe they can’t figure why people are leaving. Mexicans, Transsexuals, Gays, Lesbians & just plain whacko’s are taking over the State. Religious Whites & Blacks are leaving in droves & the Mexifornia Congress doesn’t have a clue why.
I think they need a little “Enlightenment” or at least some intelligence,
but I also think that might be too difficult to accomplish.

It wouldn’t work. the Illegals would be forced back into mexico, so the hollywood stars would start crying and make the liberal hearts bleed, and we’d be back where we started.

One thing CA should consider would be to secede (like the Québec separatists are trying to achieve). Besides, within a hundred years there should be The Big One that’ll separate CA with the Mainland. Might as well make a country out of them.

I’m really sick of this whole gay issue in California.
In fact, I’m pretty sick of California.
They’re the people who end up making everything legal and ruin it for the rest of us and our kids. And when they don’t get their way, it’s always because people “hate”.

Can’t we just make California “North Baja”? You know, just give it to Mexico or something?

Yea, I love it. First a law is passed that says gay marriage is illegal and the courts invalidate it saying it’s unconstitutional.

So, a constitutional amendment is passed saying that marriage is between a man and a woman so what do they do? They want the courts to invalidate it because we citizens are too stupid to handle voting on the issue.

Maybe next time they have have ‘handlers’ there who will walk with us into the voting booth and tell us how we will vote just to make sure we don’t get it wrong.

Nancy Pelosi said that the people didn’t understand what they were voting for, and now the “lawmakers” of California decide the people shouldn’t have been allowed to vote on Prop 8 at all:

“Forty-four members of the California Legislature filed a friend-of-the-court brief in support one of the three lawsuits seeking to invalidate Proposition 8. The case, brought on behalf of gay couples who have not yet married, argues the ban should be tossed out because voters did not have the authority to make such a dramatic change in state law.”
