Sorry, but I stayed up. I didn’t change the channel when it was 7-0 Tampa.
I get to gloat.
Fenway Park fell silent, and the Boston Red Sox were on the verge of going down without a whimper.
Then baseball’s comeback kings did it again. Trailing by seven runs with seven outs left in their season, the Red Sox pulled off the biggest post-season rally since 1929. Boston staved off elimination in the AL championship series with an 8-7 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays on Thursday night when J.D. Drew singled home the winning run with two outs in the ninth.
What must be going through the minds of the young Rays at this time….

Sox/Phils would make an awesome series. GO PHILS !!!
Good times for the REd Sox!
Shhh…don’t tell anyone else at my house…but I’m on your side on this one.
