He doesn't want to be seen associating with anyone in uniform for the most part (military, police, corrections officers, the people that guilty people don't like). Surprising since some of his friends and supporters have worn uniforms: matching jumpsuits with the name of whatever local, county, state or federal penitentiary they "work" for. When asked why they were there, the simple response would be: "We were out trying to get more people to register to vote and decided that dressing like them would exemplify the solidarity and unity we're trying to engender throughout the 59 socialist states of America."
