Everything That Can Go Wrong…

The concern seems to be growing that the Party of Inclusion is preparing for war… with itself.

Four years ago, their presence was greeted with confusion and bemusement — no one knew what to do with the Internet interlopers behind Howard Dean’s emergence.

You know that person who comes to your party, has a few too many, then proceeds to disrupt your gathering and have it remembered for all the wrong reasons.

Multiply that person by hundreds.

Now, the media can act all concerned about the issues yet to be resolved, but deep down inside, you know they’ve got to be loving this.

What could have been a low-rated, boring group of goofy-hat wearing, sign waving, giddy delegates on the convention floor, has the potential for some very public in-your-face, pushing-and-shoving, hair-pulling, shoe-wielding, political bloodshed.

Clinton’s staff has created a “whip team” to keep supporters from getting out of control. But the moment of catharsis — which could also include a resolution condemning media sexism — combined with a pro-Hillary rally through the streets of Denver scheduled for the second day of the convention (and the anniversary of women’s suffrage), could easily spiral into chaos on live television.

Now that’s what I’m talking ’bout, and those are only a couple of the many things that can and may go wrong at the DNC Convention. This will truly be a spin doctor’s nightmare and we’ll surely see liberal cable news punditry seat-squirming that’ll rival such seen in a hemorrhoid specialist’s office.

Who needs Netflix this week. Denver may give us all the television violence we can handle, live!
