School Looks Other Way; Student Brutalizes Others

At least the two boys who committed the Columbine massacre gave no real public warning signs. This kid is a well-known freak…

A teacher at White Eagle Elementary School in Naperville alleges district administrators let a violent student remain in school despite dozens of acts of violence against her and other teachers, only to have him seriously injure her later, a suit filed Wednesday alleges.

Dozens?

A lot of people at White Eagle ELEMENTARY SCHOOL need be fired, never to work in a school again.

This is unbelievable.

Paula Jackson is a special education support teacher in Indian Prairie Unit District 204 and has taught at White Eagle since 2003, according to the federal lawsuit filed by her lawyer, Peter S. Stamatis. She was first introduced to the student on the first day of the 2005-06 school year when the child got out of his mother’s car and began to punch, kick and bite her outside the school, her suit contends. The two had never met before, it added.

Punch, kick and bite? I would’ve dropped the punk.

That same year, the child, then a second-grader, punched his regular teacher, who was pregnant, in the stomach, the suit said. He also punched another student in the face, put Jackson’s arm in a sling, injured her back, and threatened to murder both her and his own parents, the suit alleges.

I can only imagine that kid’s parent(s). “My child would never do that! Are you sure it was MY child?”

Yes. Wanna see the bitemarks?

Eventually, a conference was held with a recommendation to transfer the boy to a special therapeutic school outside the district equipped to handle him, according to the suit. Despite that recommendation, district lawyers advised the school to keep him. Thereafter, the child had 150 documented incidents of violence or aggression against faculty or students, the suit contends.

That’s potentially 150 lawsuits. White Eagle Elementary School is lucky to have only one, so far.

Spare the rod, spoil the child.

Sounds like this kid needs a padded room

Sound’s like he needs to be locked up.

More evidence the public school system nowadays is a lost cause. I am sure there are districts that are top notch but the reality is many districts are hopeless because they are a) top heavy with bureaucrats b) no matter how incompetent a person is they remain on the taxpayer dole c) only mediocrity is sanctioned by the national education association and d) the name of the school should be changed to “future felon elementary school”.

Ok the last one has nothing to do with the lost cause scenario but if they did change the name as I recommended then teachers and parents would at least know the school the child was going to is a breeding ground for future inmates.

Isn’t it kind of like “truth in advertising” or the warning notices on Cigarette packs.

I hope that “special therapeutic school” was the state juvenile correctional system. And I’ll bet the rest of the students were getting some nice quality, uninterrupted education while little Damien was acting like somebody was poking him with a cross and throwing holy water on him.

The day can’t come soon enough when this kid puts his hands on the wrong kid and WHAM! There goes some teeth…but, of course I’m sure his parents are probably the type to sue automatically if that does happen.

Somebody better check real good and see if that teacher wasn’t “in love” and having sex with the miscreant.

    Seems to be pandemic.

There was a scientific study done years ago that found a physical connection between chromosomes and behavior. They found that males with an extra Y chromosome were pathological bullies and thugs. Maybe we should test all boys when they are born?
