Don’t blame us. Those who were having political orgasms over Barack Obama assured us he was the real deal and we were just too stupid (and racist) to not see it. But now that more and more are finally waking to the real Obama deal, they want to be the first to warn us.

Barack Obama’s position on the issues is a work in progress. When he was seeking the Democratic nomination for president he was saying one thing. Now that he has a lock on it, he’s doing some 180 degree turns.
Change is the theme of Obama — change to suit what is politically convenient.
Sen. Obama wants the American people to believe he is something new and exciting — a fresh face with equally fresh ideas. Now, with the nomination a mere formality, we’re seeing him as same-old, same-old. Politics as usual in a new suit.

Every “hit” he’s taken he pulls the race card, or the don’t pick on my wife card or some other whiney grevience. I _refuse_ to wear the guilt coat and I will not be intimidated by the kumbya liberals who say _any_ discussion of race, heritage, religion, morals, judgment, values etc. vis vie a Presidential cadidate is verboten.

Swampy & Bob: Why is it considered “talking white” when someone uses proper English and can put together a decent sentence? Does Bush not “talk white?” Just asking. And quickly, Barack Obama never said he wasn’t a politician. I think he has proven that he is! He is a tough cookie-pragmatic and realistic with some backbone, courage, and ability to take a “hit”. Isn’t that what everybody was wondering about?! Quit wondering and worrying. He not as novice as folks thought. He is definitely not stupid. He does have all the makings of a GREAT PRESIDENT, perhaps of the caliber of FDR. Go check out his positions on the big issues. He will have lots of hard work to do since things in this country are terribly screwed. But I think he is up to it. Yall should vote for him!!!
