Just How Dangerous ARE Cellphones?
Award-winning cancer expert Dr. Vini Khurana believes cellphones will kill more people than smoking.
“There is a significant and increasing body of evidence for a link between mobile phone usage and certain brain tumours”. He believes this will be “definitively proven” in the next decade.
Noting that malignant brain tumours represent “a life-ending diagnosis”, he adds: “We are currently experiencing a reactively unchecked and dangerous situation.” He fears that “unless the industry and governments take immediate and decisive steps”, the incidence of malignant brain tumours and associated death rate will be observed to rise globally within a decade from now, by which time it may be far too late to intervene medically.
I think Dr. Khurana’s being a bit of an alarmist.
It may be more reasonable to expect to see a future generation of Gumby people; the hump on the side of the head where their ancestors placed cellphones the most.

I doubt this is true based on most of the cell-phone using drivers I see on the road.
You have to have a brain before you can have a brain tumor.

Nice one, Mauser (although I plead guilty on that one.)
Rush mentioned this story on his show yesterday and predicted (correctly IMO) that this is the next cash cow for lawyers.
