Black Teen Jailed in Jena Six Case Freed on Bail
In Jena, Louisiana, the seventeen year old Mychal Bell — one of the Jena Six — has been released on bail after ten months in prison. Bell and five other African American high school students were arrested last year for beating a white student during a schoolyard fight. The fight occurred after white students hung three nooses in a tree in the schoolyard. An all-white jury convicted Bell of aggravated second-degree battery. But earlier this month a Louisiana appeals court ruled he should not have been tried as an adult. On Thursday, Bell walked out of prison on a forty-five thousand dollar bail bond. His release came hours after District Attorney Reed Walters announced he would not challenge the ruling ordering Bell’s release.
On almost every DN! program over the last couple of weeks where they were pushing the Jena Six story, Goodman repeated the sentence, “An all-white jury convicted Bell of aggravated second-degree battery.”
As it turns out, an all-white jury did convict Mychal Bell of aggravated second-degree battery. Not because blacks were purposefully excluded from jury selection as Goodman’s repetitions imply, but because no blacks responded to the jury summons.
So going back to my original points regarding the exploitative motives of Amy Goodman, she’s either a poor “independent journalist”, or she’s intentionally fomenting racial divisiveness in Jena for the purposes of boosting her own sense of self-importance.
Only a person with the ultimate of conceit could sleep well at night knowing they are dstroying the reputations of people she doesn’t know, or could give a damn about. Race-baiting is dangerous and should be considered a hate crime. At least Amy Goodman can afford to post her own bail.

I’m not generally given to hyperbole, but it’s not much of a stretch to say that the sight of her face makes me sick to my stomach. One of the few people on the planet I would say that about.
I can even look at Ahmadinejad or Bin Laden without getting ill. Mad – yes. Ill, no.
Amy makes me vomit.
Why anyone would take anything she had to say seriously, much less make her some sort of spokesperson … is unfathomable to me.

I would like you to do a video about building 7 in the World Trade Center Complex. It was never hit by a plane but it collapsed around 5:20 on the afternoon of 9/11/01.
I know that you must not know about this because i’ve not seen a video about it on your page. I’m sure that a good American who loves his country would want to call for an investigation into this building. They did only one investigation and the conclusion was that they didn’t know. That is not acceptable, right. I know you will make all your suscribers and radio listeners aware of this situation. Thanks in advance, you are truly a real American.

Danny, why don’t you show us proof. Show up pictures of how pristine WTC7 was and how the collapse of two 1300 foot buildings could never have damaged it enough to cause it collapse.
