Hill Staffers: Feel the Love
We pay the salaries of our elected officials. We also pay for their staffers. They seem to have a lot of time on their hands.
Check out how they show their gratitude toward We The People.
An example….
I just think it is so funny when all these racist loons call or write complaining about the immigration bill. They want us to vote against the bill, but do this, this, and this. Yet they have no clue at all. They don’t realize that most of the points they bring up are already being addressed in this bill. You tell them that and they don’t believe you. Why? Because they heard something else from some fuckstick like Lou Dobbs….you know…because he knows more about what is actually in the legislation than say…A FUCKING SENATOR’S OFFICE! No, you’re right! Some nitwit retard who doesn’t know how a bill becomes a law knows more about this bill than we do. Fucking morons…
Or….
Got this e-mail from last night on my House e-mail address:
“No No No! I cannot believe the senate has gone as far as to betray the people of these United States by voting for the continuation of this horrific bill.
You can mark my words that these traitors political careers are over! We Will stand up and vote!
This is Taxation WITHOUT representation and the senate Does Not represent the American People!”
I love it when constituents (or in this case, some whack-job who has my e-mail address) say things like “mark my words.” Right before I blocked his address, I replied that in fact, the immigration vote will not change the outcome of a single Senate election…
Or….
So now all the stupid fucks who called and wanted the bill to fail… but also wanted the borders secure and illegals deported…. they don’t get shit now. Dumb fucks… you asked us to do this shit and then told us to vote against it. So what happens now? Not jack shit. Nothing changes and the situation… yet again… remains unsolved.
Just thought I’d share. Maybe time for some cuts…?
Thanks for the tip, Gidg.
