No Mr. Parks, no one really thinks that line about America not wanting news from a woman was anything but an excuse. It is just too embarrassing to admit you paid that much, and hyped that much for a dud. Beyond the factual issues and the bias issues the MSM has, they seem to think anyone younger than 55 thinks an anchor is anything but a teleprompter reader. We know the story. We also know that most of our news comes from the wires, AP, Reuters, and the like. You can read the wires for yourself these days.

The only viewers evening news receives, other than the older crowd, comes from those too lazy to turn the channel from what they were previously watching. Network news is all about the lineup. If Fox were to run American Idol and back it up with a national news program, what network would have the highest ratings? Most news junkies are on the net, listening to the radio, and watching cable news networks.

Just my 2 nickels.
