Supreme Court to hear U.S. v. Democrats
Just had to share with you this brief from Rev. Wayne Perryman of Seattle, who is taking his case against the Democrat Party to the United States Supreme Court.
According to his release, “The case was originally filed in 2004 after the DNC refused to apologize to African Americans for their support of slavery and Jim Crow. Unlike other Reparation cases, Perryman is not demanding money, only a public apology.
In his Brief To U.S. Supreme Court, Perryman provided the courts with congressional records, the Democrats’ political platforms from 1844 to 1954 and the works from our nation’s top history professors to prove that it was the Democratic Party that:
- Supported and maintained the institution of slavery
- Destroyed Reconstruction
- Introduced Jim Crow Laws and Black Codes
- Sponsored terrorist organizations like the Ku Klux Klan
- And were the strongest opposition to every piece of Civil Rights legislation from the 13th Amendment to the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
Perryman told the court: “Racism in America was politically driven. Without the political backing of those who made up and formed the powerful Democratic Party, a Party that gave their lives and spent billions to preserve the institution of slavery and the system of Jim Crow, slavery would have ended 100 years earlier and Jim Crow would have died in the womb of those who conceived it. Contrary to public opinion, racism was not something that the entire white race engaged in. Racism was the political agenda of a political party – made up of individuals who chose to use this deadly disease to cover their own insecurities – in their relentless quest for wealth and power.”
On January 12th and 13th of 2006 several key members of the Democratic Party were faxed a letter informing them of the lawsuit and requesting their assistance in obtaining an apology, but none responded. Among those who received the fax were: Senator Barack Obama, Senator Joseph Biden, Senator Barbara Boxer, Senator Mary Landrieu, Senator Hillary Clinton, Congressman John Conyers, and Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. to name a few.
Rev. Perryman has phone records to verify that the faxes were sent and received along with copies of the actual documents that were faxed. Initially, when individuals first hear of the case, most feel that it is ill-conceived and fanatical.
But after reviewing the entire case including a number of landmark cases sponsored by Democrats in their efforts to deny African American their rights as citizens, they all seem to change their minds. Among the cases cited in the brief are: the Dred Scott Decision, the Slaughter House Cases, Plessy v. Ferguson, Brown v. Board of Education, cases involving Fugitive Slave Laws, and a series of cases that persuaded the court to overturn the 1875 Civil Rights Act.
Perryman is author of, Unfounded Loyalty: An In-depth Look into the Love Affair Between Blacks and Democrats, a book that highlights the Democrat’s racist past. Rev. Wayne Perryman P.O. Box 256 Mercer Island, WA 98040 (206) 232-5575 Doublebro@aol.com www.wayneperryman.com
